January 2010 | Launch of online photo gallery ZGB ART WEB
Call for participation
Motivated with the work of Tošo Dabc and in particular with his collection Zagreb in the thirties, we decided to set up a unique online photo gallery of city Zagreb – ZGB art web.
Our aim is to create the biggest collection of artistic photography with motives of Zagreb, through which we would support promotion of the city and provide you, all local photographers and international Zagreb lovers, with a space where your could regularly be seen by BLUR magazine’s readers all over the world.

December 2009 CALL FOR ENTRIES: ZAGREB, NOW AND THEN
BLUR magazine supported by Tošo Dabac Archive, opened a photo competition Zagreb, now and then, which is based on the motives from Tošo's great photo collection Zagreb in the thirties. The theme of the competition is the reinterpretation of Old Zagreb’s locations that were also shot
by Tošo himself and their visualization in contemporary, modern context. The best work will be exhibited in Zagreb, beside photographs of Tošo Dabc, while the best three authors will be awarded with the book Tošo Dabac; Zagreb in the thirties.

December 2009 THE BIGGEST ONLINE PHOTO GALLERY OF TOŠO DABAC PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography association Creatus, publisher of BLUR magazine, launched the first web page dedicated to the work of Tošo Dabac, master of Croatian photography, on which you can see the biggest online gallery of his work. Browse through his collection Zagreb in the thirties, and experience the city of Zagreb through Tošo's objective. Moreover, on this web page you can find photos of Tošo Dabac Archive, which operates under Museum of contemporary art in Zagreb.
December 2007 HOMMAGE TO TOŠO DABAC – SPECIAL EDITION OF BLUR MAGAZINE
In order to celebrate 100th anniversary of birth of Tošo Dabac, and motivated with the lack of his work in the internet, Bulb magazine (now BLUR magazine) launched a special edition dedicated to the father of Croatian modern photography. This was the first, although modest, internet project through which we enabled foreign and local photography lovers to discover the work of Tošo.

SPECIAL EDITION Two years ago, in order to celebrate 100th anniversary of birth of Tošo Dabac, and motivated with the lack of his work in the internet, we launched a special edition of BLUR magazine dedicated to the father of Croatian modern photography. This was the first, although modest, internet project through which we enabled foreign and local photography lovers to discover the work of Tošo. It is extremely important to continuously support the heritage of Tošo Dabc, as it is also an initiative to safeguard Croatian photography name in Europe.
